In exchange for the training and management services provided, the Client agrees to compensate Home Care Sales, LLC. as follows:
Professional Fee: $1,500 initial payment. $997 per month.
The term of this Agreement will be from the Effective Date and continue for a period of 12 months. This Agreement will automatically renew thereafter for additional 12 month terms unless terminated as set forth below.
The Parties may terminate this Agreement by their mutual written agreement. Either Party may terminate this Agreement in the event of: (i) any material breach of an obligation by the other Party, which breach is capable of being, but is not, cured within ninety (90) days after written notice of breach to the breaching Party; or (ii) any situation in which a Party commits a material breach of this Agreement that is not capable of being cured within ninety (90) days and the non-breaching Party provides written notice thereof and notice of termination. HCS shall continue to receive payment based on the Payment Terms, above, throughout the duration of any ninety (90) day notice period within this Termination provision, and until this Agreement is terminated.
Independent Status of Parties
With respect to activities conducted under this Agreement, neither Party nor any of its personnel are, or are to be construed to be, employees, agents, partners, servants or joint venture partners of the other Party. Neither Party will have any right or authority to act on behalf of, or incur any obligation for, the other Party.
Cancelation / Refund Policy
Except as otherwise agreed by the parties in writing, there are no refunds on coaching or training programs.
